Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any feature of the qq7 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance forms a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and qq7. If you are accessing qq7 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and should be read in conjunction with qq7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between this document and any other qq7 communication (including promotional materials, support responses, or social media content), these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

qq7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, qq7 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or a platform-wide notification displayed upon login. Your continued use of the qq7 platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to qq7 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. qq7 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing qq7 voluntarily and entirely at your own initiative, free from any coercion, undue influence, or third-party instruction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by qq7 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other individual or legal entity for the purposes of gambling activity.
• You are not a current or former employee of qq7, nor an immediate family member of any qq7 employee, in a capacity that may create a conflict of interest with respect to gaming outcomes.

qq7 takes its age verification obligations seriously. The platform may request identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, birth certificate, or equivalent government-issued document — at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source, net of any applicable processing fees. Winnings accumulated by an underage user will be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Registration

To access qq7's full range of products — including casino games, sports betting, and promotional offers — you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any point during your use of the platform.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) qq7 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether under your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited. If qq7 determines that a player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended without prior notice, pending funds may be frozen pending investigation, and any bonus balances will be forfeited. qq7 reserves the right to permanently ban players found to have created multiple accounts in order to abuse promotional offers.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. qq7 will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qq7 support immediately.

• Account registration is free of charge. qq7 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a player account.
• All registration fields must be completed truthfully. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• qq7 may verify the information provided during registration against third-party identity databases as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Account currency is fixed as Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for all players registering from Bangladesh. Currency cannot be changed after account creation.
• You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and mobile number on your account at all times. These contact details are used for security verification, withdrawal processing, and important account communications.

Deposits & Withdrawals

qq7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through legitimate, verified payment methods in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods available to your account are displayed in your account's Cashier section.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your qq7 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance. qq7 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which qq7 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the qq7 payments team during operational hours (24/7). Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 2–4 hours of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods (such as major BPL or IPL match days) may experience slightly longer processing times; qq7 will communicate any delays via in-platform notification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account — this is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• qq7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount, as part of its AML and KYC compliance procedures.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Players must not use qq7's payment facilities for any purpose other than funding gambling activity on the platform. Any attempt to use qq7 as a money transfer or currency exchange service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
• Deposits that have not been matched with any wagering activity within 30 days of being credited may be subject to an inactivity processing review at qq7's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

qq7 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events and major cricket tournaments. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published in full alongside each offer at the time it is presented to the player. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms applicable to that offer.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by qq7 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum qualifying bet amount, and validity period for each offer are specified in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings accrued from that bonus.

• Bonuses are awarded to one eligible account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times across different accounts will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• qq7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already claimed and accepted by a player in good faith will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds are wagered. Where a player account holds both real money and bonus funds, real money balance will be used first unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Games excluded from bonus wagering — typically live dealer games and certain progressive jackpot titles — are identified in the individual offer terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements and may, at qq7's discretion, void the associated bonus.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus wagering requirement is active is ৳500 per single wager unless the individual offer specifies a higher limit. Bets above this threshold placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• qq7 reserves the right to reverse or void any winnings that appear to have been generated through systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics (commonly referred to as bonus abuse), regardless of whether the player's actions technically complied with the stated wagering terms.

Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the qq7 platform are supplied by internationally certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game studio is responsible for maintaining the integrity of its game software, including the proper functioning of certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that determine all game outcomes. qq7 does not modify game software or outcomes in any way.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is available within the game's information panel or paytable. RTP figures represent the long-run statistical average return to players across all wagers and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session, spin, or hand. qq7 makes no representation that any player will achieve returns consistent with the stated RTP during their gaming sessions.

• In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, the round will be voided and any wager placed on that round will be returned to the player's account balance. Game results generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured.
• For sports betting markets, qq7 follows the settlement rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) for match results and any resulting wager settlements. In-play bets are accepted on the understanding that odds fluctuate rapidly; once accepted, in-play wagers are binding.
• qq7 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed at odds that were published incorrectly due to a manifest error in the odds-setting system. Players will be notified of any such void and the relevant wager amount will be returned to their account.
• Multi-leg accumulators on sports markets are subject to the individual settlement rules of each leg. If any single leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs.

qq7 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment and does not employ any mechanism to manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform. Players who believe they have encountered a technical error or an irregularity in game behaviour are encouraged to contact [email protected] with the game name, time of the session, and a description of the issue as soon as possible after the event.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered qq7 player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person; or engaging in any form of identity fraud in connection with your qq7 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, tournament, or sports betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated live dealer bet patterns, or shared access to odds arbitrage systems.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; exploiting promotional mechanics in a systematic or commercially-oriented manner; using automated software (bots) to meet wagering requirements; or otherwise attempting to extract bonus value in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of qq7's promotions programme.
• Hacking and technical interference: Attempting to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of qq7's platform infrastructure, game servers, payment systems, or customer data through any technical means.
• Money laundering: Using qq7's deposit and withdrawal facilities to layer, integrate, or place funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
• Unauthorised automated access: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated means to interact with the qq7 platform, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or accessing game lobbies, without prior written consent from qq7.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward qq7 staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including live chat and email.

qq7 employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above activities will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, qq7 reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending at the time of closure, subject to applicable legal requirements regarding the return of deposits made with legitimate funds.

Account Suspension & Closure

qq7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request from qq7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring qq7 to restrict access to certain account holders.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days may be classified as dormant; dormant accounts may incur a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 against remaining balance, to a minimum balance of ৳0).

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed verification will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money balance that has been deposited but not wagered will be returned to the original payment method after identity verification is complete.

If your account is closed by qq7 for breach of these Terms & Conditions, you forfeit the right to any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account at the time of closure. Real-money deposits made with legitimate funds that have not been wagered may be returned at qq7's discretion following a full investigation, provided no evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct is found to attach to those specific funds.
